Great App.
This was one of the first Apps. I put on my i pad. Very easy to use. 7 minutes per day, that can make a big difference in ones professional and personal life. The important thing is to know, what one would like to achieve. When that is clear, this program can help in winning a sportsgame, getting that raise, climbing up the ladder or achieving something in ones personal life . Its really doable.
One That Actually Works
Reading through the information section of this app the principals laid out are pure common sense. The more we hear something repeated, the more we believe it to be truth. The repetition becomes the reality. There are many different affirmations to choose from, but Id highly recommend the pure positivity one. "I always feel positive. I always look on the positive side of things". Imagine if that were true. The idea is after listening to it for 7mins a day for 7 days, it becomes truth. For me it certainly started to but I continued to use this particular mantra for 28 days in a row. And it has changed my life. This past week I moved on to one that is about acting in a relaxed and assured manner in any given situation. This is already starting to work. In moments at my job where the stress would normally take over, I feel myself acting more calmly, confident in what Im doing and just getting it done one step at a time, without feeling overwhelmed. This app provides a method of change that is very powerful and I will be recommending to everyone I know. Its going to be the backbone of my development for the rest of my life. 7mins a day is not hard to find, for something you can listen to anywhere. Do it on the train or bus. Just before going to sleep. On the toilet. Whatever works for you, theres no excuse to not give this a chance. To the makers of the app I thank you for making it available. To the inventor of the The FirmMethod, I thank you for your insight and genius.

Good app, good positive reinforcement. I had an issue, tech responded within 12 hours and resolved the issue. I would like to see this App play in the background and the ability to loop an exercise so it repeats.
